  • Security breaches, data leaks, or unauthorised access resulting from your configuration of the MCP connection or from weaknesses in your hosting environment
  • Damage caused by incompatibility between WP AI Builder and other plugins, themes, custom code, or hosting environments
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated content published through WP AI Builder connections
  • Third-party claims arising from content generated or published using WP AI Builder

This limitation applies regardless of the form of the action — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

toolgive.com and WP AI Builder integrate with or reference a number of third-party services, including Freemius (payment and licensing), Anthropic’s Claude, OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Cursor, Windsurf, and the WordPress and Elementor platforms.
